Who We Help
We support families in Prescot who are experiencing trauma, adversity, or hardship. Our services are designed for those who may not qualify for statutory support but still face significant challenges in their daily lives. We work with families affected by domestic abuse, mental health issues, poverty, overcrowding, and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs).
How to Refer
Referrals can be made by schools, churches, community organisations, social services, or directly by families themselves. We prioritise families based on trauma severity, vulnerability, and potential for long-term impact.
What to Expect
Once a referral is received, our team conducts a triage assessment to determine the level of support needed. Families are then matched with a Family Support Worker who will develop a bespoke support plan. This mayinclude in-home visits, trauma-informed therapy, SEN advocacy, and practical life guidance.
